General Clerk III - FESD - Firearms Licensing (5146) chez Eagle Harbor, LLC

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Clerk III with excellent customer service skills to join our Team in Martinsburg, WV.

Responsibilities: 

• Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, receiving and sending mail, email and faxes, and occasionally making and receiving phone calls to retrieve missing information

• Accurately and efficiently performing data entry of information into the various systems used by FESD, including Federal Licensing System (FLS), Firearms and Explosives Imports System (FEIS), and the Annual Firearms Manufacturing and Exportation Report System (AFMER)

• Label and file branch-specific forms and/or applications to prepare for storage or document imaging/retention

• Identify and submit potential problems or issues to appropriate level of management

• Navigate efficiently through various computer functions, including accessing and utilizing web browsers

Requirements:

• Applicant must submit an approved Eligibility Statement

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures

• Experience in performing work requiring attention to detail and accuracy

• Good sense of time management and the ability to work under time constraints

• Willingness to work as a team player

• Strong sense of customer service

• Understanding of the importance of consistently delivering high-quality work

• Experience in identifying and submitting potential problems to appropriate levels of management

• Computer skills, including accurate use of keyboard, familiarity with web browsers and basic MS Office applications

• Ability to frequently lift up to 40lbs

• Ability to perform frequent repetitive motions using fingers, hands, wrists and arms

Shift Requirement/Openings: 6am - 2:30pm
