To further this mission, we are seeking a passionate Global Sustainability and CSR Specialist. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO), this role will support the development and execution of our global sustainability and CSR strategy, collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive impactful initiatives that reflect our goals and values.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Contribute to our global sustainability and CSR strategy under the leadership of the Vice President of EPMO
  • Drive global sustainability and CSR initiatives that align with Cannondale’s goals and standards
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders globally to deliver impactful programs and achieve sustainability and CSR objectives
  • Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions and create compelling presentations for executive leadership to support continuous improvement and innovation
  • Build strong partnerships internally and externally to advance key initiatives
  • Lead programs focused on sustainability, social impact, ethical sourcing, climate action, and wellbeing
  • Develop KPIs and prepare reports and presentations for senior management and internal communications
  • Engage employees through volunteer opportunities and awareness campaigns
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in sustainability and CSR

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainability, environmental science, social sciences, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in CSR or sustainability is a plus
  • 4-6 years of experience in CSR sustainability, or related fields, with a track record of developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives on a global scale
  • Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues, sustainability principles, and international frameworks
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and geographies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure and communicate the impact of CSR activities
  • Proven ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
