You’ll be part of the Global Marketing team, responsible for defining and implementing programs that promote and extend ResMed’s brand strength and maintain brand identity. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, eager to learn, and ready to support the day-to-day execution of social media programs. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with global and regional teams, building your skills in social media management, content scheduling, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities include
- Support the execution of global and regional social media calendars, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Use tools such as Sprinklr to schedule posts, monitor activity, and gather performance data.
- Assist with community management by responding to comments, messages, and questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with the team to help improve content and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, and marketing) to support campaign launches and initiatives.
- Stay informed about current social media trends and platform updates, sharing ideas with the team to keep our presence fresh and engaging.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience working with social media platforms in an academic, internship, or professional setting.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprinklr experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning, problem solving, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media, digital content, and engaging online communities.
