Executive Assistant
Are you a highly organised, forward thinking professional who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.
In this high impact role, you’ll be a trusted partner, providing proactive, confidential support and serving as a key liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders. You’ll ensure alignment of priorities, seamless coordination of complex schedules, and flawless execution of high value initiatives.
With your deep understanding of business operations and executive priorities, you’ll anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and help foster a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide high level, confidential administrative support to the CEO, including inbox and calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination.
- Draft reports, correspondence, presentations, and manage information requests on behalf of the CEO and General Managers.
- Coordinate Board meeting logistics, prepare and distribute agendas and papers, and support the Chair with correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Plan and execute CEO hosted VIP functions and WA Cricket events, including guest logistics, materials preparation, and on site support.
- Support governance activities including committee secretariat duties, maintaining charters, and coordinating accreditation.
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, reconcile credit cards, and manage purchase orders.
A great fit for this role looks like
- At least 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high level administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail in correspondence and document preparation.
- A strong sense of accountability, discipline, and motivation, with a proven work ethic.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, manage calendars, and meet tight deadlines.
- Initiative to anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and think one step ahead.
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to represent the executive office with professionalism and confidence.
- Proven discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
- A results driven approach with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administration tools.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and occasionally work outside standard hours.
