A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated sales professional to join our Brisbane BMW team as an Assistant Sales Manager - New Car.

About you:

We are looking for an individual who has strong customer service skills with a proven track record in automotive sales. You will be highly organised, a proactive thinker, have experience in managing a sales team and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be computer literate and possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Previous management experience will be highly regarded

• Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with luxury automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)

• Strong customer service skills

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets

• A strong work ethic

• A current drivers licence

• Excellent communication skills
