Enterprices Agile Coach chez Mindera

Mindera is seeking an experienced Enterprises Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key leader responsible for delivering high-quality coaching at the enterprise level, guiding organizations through their agile transformation journeys. You'll work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our agile practices are implemented effectively across the organization.

Your primary focus will be to help teams adopt agile methodologies, foster collaboration, and enhance their delivery capabilities while aligning with the strategic goals of the business. You will provide mentorship, facilitate workshops, and leverage your expertise to cultivate an agile mindset throughout the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor leaders, teams, and individuals on agile frameworks, practices, and principles, promoting a culture of agility and collaboration.
• Lead agile workshops and training sessions to educate and empower teams on agile methodologies and best practices.
• Work with leadership to identify barriers to agility and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
• Monitor and assess the agility of the organization, measuring the impact of agile transformation initiatives.
• Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation across teams and departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, preferably at an enterprise level, with a track record of successful agile transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
