WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Support with project controlling and preparation work for the project management team by conducting data analysis and reporting.
Support with monthly invoicing.
Preparation of reports, presentations and other communication materials for the management team
Completion of administrative tasks such as data entry, document management and scheduling.
Supporting the team of the Berlin data studio with ad hoc tasks and projects, also at the office from time to time.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Enrolled student at a university with at least two more semesters ahead of you.
Interest in project management and willingness to learn new skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex information and communicate it accurately.
Team spirit, service-orientation, initiative and a structured approach to work.
A full professional working proficiency level in German as well as English.
