We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our accounting and project management teams. This role involves reviewing financial data, maintaining electronic records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

This will be a 2+ week project. $25-30/hr

8-5 M-F, On-Site, no remote options


Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve and print Accounts Payable invoices for sales tax filing
Review job cost entries in Sage Intacct to ensure accuracy and correct job coding
Scan and upload Project Managers’ notebooks to a shared drive for digital recordkeeping
Assist with general administrative and accounting support as needed

Tools & Software Used:
Accounting Systems: Sage Intacct, Job Tracking Software (Salesforce) 
Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:
Prior experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or administrative roles preferred
Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organization
Self-motivated with good time management skills
Comfortable with both accounting tasks and general office duties
