The Role

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring members have a seamless, engaging experience across our website and mobile app.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of our website and mobile app, keeping content accurate, functional, and user-friendly
- Spot and fix pain points, driving continuous improvements that simplify navigation and digital interactions
- Launch and manage digital campaigns-email, online ads, and automated journeys-that engage and convert
- Track and interpret performance metrics using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other tools to guide decision-making
- Support SEO and SEM initiatives to increase visibility and attract qualified traffic
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to roll out new features and resolve technical issues
- Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, tools, and consumer habits to keep our platforms cutting-edge
- Maintain consistent brand voice and compliance across all digital channels
- Deliver insightful reports and recommendations that influence future strategies
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or similar field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or platform optimization
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO principles, and CMS platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
