Met-Con, a trusted name in structural steel fabrication and erection, is seeking a Paint/Loading Lead to join our Florida team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing paint and loading operations, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and training team members in the paint and loading departments
- Overseeing daily operations to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and AISC specifications
- Performing QA/QC checks and maintaining accurate documentation
- Coordinating shipping and loading activities with internal teams
- Supporting corrective action and performance management processes
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in structural steel painting and/or loading
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AISC painting standards and QA/QC practices
- Familiarity with production software like EPMgo (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A safety-first mindset and a positive, team-focused attitude
