Program Scheduler chez Intra Management Solutions

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking an experienced Program Planner/Scheduler to support advanced aerospace and defense projects. This role develops and manages multi-year program schedules, earned value schedules, and proposal schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives and contract requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

• Collaborate with CAMs, Program Managers, and IPT Leads on resource planning.

• Support IBRs, EVM compliance, and schedule reporting.

• Perform schedule analysis, risk assessments, and what-if scenarios.

• Develop proposal schedules for new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 8+ years scheduling experience with Microsoft Project.

• 5+ years in an earned value management (EVM) environment.

• Strong understanding of WBS, dependencies, and proposal development.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred: Aerospace & defense experience, Project Server environment, and eligibility for a U.S. Security Clearance.
