Project Manager chez Collins Community Credit Union

Collins Community Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager with a strong background in business analytics and testing to lead cross-functional initiatives that support the credit union�s data-driven decision-making and digital transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery, with a focus on analytics, data integrity, and system testing to ensure optimal performance and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate with business units, data teams, and IT to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project plans.

• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, including UAT, regression, and integration testing.

• Analyze data trends, KPIs, and reporting outputs to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, particularly in data governance and privacy.

• Support the implementation of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor�s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a financial services or credit union environment.

• Strong background in business analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.

• Experience with QA/testing methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
