*Internal Only* Transportation Coordinator - Multiple locations chez Norristown Area School District

A current vacancy exists for a Transportation Coordinator at the following schools:

• East Norriton Middle School
• Eisenhower Middle School
• Musselman Learning Center
• Paul Fly Elementary School 
• Hancock Elementary School
• Whitehall Elementary School 
• Marshall St Elementary School 
• Cole Manor Elementary School  

Responsibilities:

• Must stay on site until all students at the building have been dropped off by the bus.
• Supervise early room/late room assignments (staff and students) as needed at each site
• Primary contact with NASD transportation office for bus/van issues before/after teacher day as needed
• Coordinates distributing broad messages to families impacted by late buses in PM
• Required to remain on-site in PM until all vehicles have completed their routes (elem/middle only)
• Responsible for handling any kindergarten students returned to school if parent/guardian is not at bus stop as required
• Will provide assistance when students get on wrong bus, get off at wrong stop, or do not go home immediately and whereabouts need to be determined

Salary/Schedule:

$2,500 Stipend per year
