**This is a 4 Month Contract Position - Maternity Leave Contract**

The impact you will have: 

The Office Administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.   

What you will do: 

  • Enter receiving, invoicing, credit information into Business Management Software (industry specific; WoodPro) 
  • Review purchase orders, collect payments, open sales orders and assist with Will Call orders.
  • Maintain and replenish office supply inventory for our team members.
  • Ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Backup to Inside Sales Support team. 
  • Printing/matching Vendor documents with Purchase orders.
  • Answer phones 
  • Process inventory adjustments.
  • Schedule container loads.
  • Invoicing disputes.
  • Perform other related duties as required. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Passion for supporting customers and team members.
  • Enthusiasm and high energy to projects and tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • High degree of efficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
