Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Centralized Inside Sales Representative to join our Lioher West Coast team. In this role, you will be a key driver of sales across all Lioher Centers by converting leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings experience in cabinetry or a similar industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance our commercial processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Engagement & Lead Management
- Actively manage inbound leads: initiate contact, open accounts, and guide prospects through to order placement.
- Respond immediately to high-priority leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Perform outbound prospecting using internal databases to generate and capture new business.
- Expand the active client base by reactivating dormant or at-risk accounts.
- Support promotional campaigns and traffic-driving initiatives to boost event participation and sales activity.
System Maintenance & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Continuously enhance customer profiles with relevant information to ensure high-quality data for reporting and decision-making.
Performance & Process Development
- Achieve daily performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Contribute actively to developing and improving commercial processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) and ERP platforms commonly used in manufacturing or distribution is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial sales environment.
- Comfortable reviewing technical catalogs, architectural plans, and guiding clients in selecting the right solutions.
- Excellent phone communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to confidently explain product specifications, lead times, installation processes, and post-sales support.
- Solid understanding of cabinetry manufacturing processes, product terminology (panels, finishes, edge banding), and common customer profiles (dealers, designers, installers, contractors).
- Proven track record in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in cabinetry, woodworking, or building materials industries.
