What You’ll Do as a Teacher

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications (Lead Teacher):
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
- 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting OR 2–3 years in a Montessori environment
