Description

We are looking for a temporary, part-time Employee Experience Administrator to provide essential support in delivering a positive and engaging workplace experience. This role will focus heavily on planning and coordinating company events and activities, while also assisting with employee recognition, internal communications, and operational needs to keep things running smoothly during this period.

Duties include:

  • Plan and facilitate company events and activities
  • Manage employee recognition initiatives
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels
  • Oversee and coordinate company fleet maintenance
  • Support the HR team with new hire onboarding and engagement surveys

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to create and follow detailed timelines for events and projects
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Creative mindset for planning engaging events and activities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to last-minute changes
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

This is a hybrid position. Employees will work both on-site and remotely.

Flexible, part-time hours (10-30 hours/week, depending on the week)
