Job Overview

Location: 10501 Rhode Island Avenue Beltsville MD 20705

Schedule: Seasonal – Start dates between mid-October and mid-November

Shift: 10:00 PM-06:00am - Sunday through Saturday (7 days per week)

Overtime: Significant overtime opportunities available

Position Overview

We are hiring Seasonal Machine Operators and Material Handlers to support our busiest production season. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced print production environment. On-the-job training is provided, and no prior print experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor print and finishing machinery to ensure smooth workflow.

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

• Follow supervisor instructions to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Adhere to all company policies, including safety and attendance.

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the entire shift.

• Must wear closed-toe shoes (safety rules prohibit open-toe footwear).

• Willingness to work seven days per week during peak season.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
