JOIN OUR TEAM! As a 5280 Top Orthodontic Practice since 2002, Castle Pines Orthodontics is seeking to hire an additional team member! We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who is detail oriented, reliable, loves kids, loves orthodontics and is an outgoing individual who gets along well with others and is able to multitask. Castle Pines Orthodontics is a moderately busy practice in a growing community.

Dr. Andrew Dunbar loves what he does and it shows! Dr. Dunbar is easy to work with and enjoys sharing his knowledge about orthodontics with his team and patients. Dr. Dunbar was a general dentist in the Navy for 9 ½ years then specialized in orthodontics.
This position is at 1 location Monday through Thursday, 7:30am -5:00pm with a full 1hour lunch break daily.

This position is 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday at 1 location 7:30am to 5:00pm.
Compensation: Based on skills, attitude, and the value you bring to the practice. The pay range is $20-$23 per hour depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients appointments
- Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
- Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
- Update necessary documents into patient chart
- Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments
- Additional duties as needed such as assisting with taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our office

- At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting
- Customer Service experience
