Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Using this model, the agency provides trauma-informed care helping to create an environment of safety, identify and manage emotions, process loss and help clients create a future of growth and change. Due to tremendous growth, we are hiring Integrated Care Team Managers at our Tulsa location. As a member of our CRS team, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our patients by delivering one-on-one clinical guidance and support.
Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma is looking for a great supervisor to join our team! We are looking for a team player who takes initiative and is passionate about helping others. This position will be responsible for oversight and management of several teams comprised of therapists and case managers working in the substance abuse field. Experience working with substance abuse, court mandated population and veterans is a plus. Responsibilities include providing ongoing coaching/supervision/training of new and current staff, leading team meetings/client staffing, tracking team performance through reports and audits, and carrying a small productivity expectation of 10 hours per week. This position will work closely with fellow Integrated Care Team Supervisors and is supervised by the Adult Services Program Director. This position will be responsible for incorporating and promoting the agency's Sanctuary Model principles and tools into supervision of staff and client care. Will also complete appropriate documentation of services to meet licensing, state and agency standards. Requires a master’s degree in mental health related discipline. Must be licensed in the State of Oklahoma; e.g. LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, or LCSW. Vaccinations are required and exemption forms are available upon request if available.

Example of Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring client behavioral and physical health outcome indicators and required service contacts are met and maintained above the established monthly benchmark goal.
- Manage the coordination of care of individuals in the CCBHC.
- Provides direct care and coordination, as needed.
- Monitor daily performance of core team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely and they meet expectations to improve care outcomes.
- Responsible for ensuring the completion of surveys and data collection as well as the timely entry of data to support clinical reporting outcomes.
- Organize and assign duties and tasks to designed core team members in a collaborative manner.
- Review care plans, treatment provided, and staff documentation for conformity to agency and payer requirements.
- Responsible for learning and demonstrating knowledge of CCBHC program standards.
- Responsible for overall supervision of team, including hiring, coaching and counseling performance.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Team and huddles as scheduled.
- Ensure high quality clinical care for clients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints and recommending corrective action as appropriate to designated program manager.
- Steps in to provide crisis intervention services to existing and walk-in clients as needed. May serve as Case Manager to facilitate and ensure communication, linkage, and continuity of care between clients, physicians, other organizational components, community resources and service providers.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences/facilities.
