Revenue Cycle Project Manager chez Kennebec Pharmacy & Home Care

KPHC is looking for a dynamic Revenue Cycle Project Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of patient revenue—from scheduling and registration to final payment. This role requires expertise in healthcare reimbursement models, payer relations, and regulatory requirements This role is pivotal in ensuring financial strength, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient billing experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor the revenue cycle team to drive efficiency and results.
• Manage billing, collections, payer relations, and audit readiness.
• Develop strategies to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow.
• Partner with outsourced billing vendors and internal departments to align processes.
• Collaborate with Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers.
• Implement patient-friendly billing policies and reporting tools for leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, compliance, and coding (ICD-9/10, HCPCS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
