About the role

As our HubSpot Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building our sales and marketing systems from the ground up for our B2B division. You’ll design and implement lead flows, sales funnels, and automations that meet the specific needs of our business, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and RevOps.


From the first touchpoint with a lead to closing a deal, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that frees our teams to focus on what truly matters: building lasting relationships with our customers.


This role goes far beyond maintaining a CRM—it’s about creating scalable growth systems from scratch, understanding business needs, and shaping processes that will enable us to engage thousands of new customers. It’s a high-impact opportunity where your work will directly influence how our B2B division scales


What you can expect:

  • Design and improve lead flows and sales processes, ensuring a smooth journey from prospect to customer.
  • Build and optimize sales funnels that increase conversion rates.
  • Automate sales communications – from email sequences to follow-ups – so our teams can focus on conversations that matter.
  • Implement and maintain HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and dashboards, ensuring every lead moves smoothly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies and spot opportunities to improve.
  • Track and analyze performance, turning insights into smarter decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting so teams have real-time visibility of pipeline health.

What we are looking for:

  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub + Marketing Hub).
  • Experience creating and optimizing automated workflows and funnels.
  • A process-driven mindset with an eye for efficiency and scalability.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bonus: experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
