Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering Intern to join our team in Savannah, GA. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in both civil engineering and land surveying disciplines. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced professionals on various projects, gaining practical knowledge in engineering and surveying processes. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support civil engineering projects by conducting research, preparing design documents, and performing calculations. 
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to assist in the creation of engineering drawings and plans. 
• Assist in the preparation and review of construction documents, including specifications and cost estimates. 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 
• Participate in site visits and client meetings to gain exposure to project management processes. 
• Learn and adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to civil engineering and land surveying. 
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations. 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities.

Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering or Land Surveying program at an accredited university. 
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in civil engineering or land surveying. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software is desired. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. 
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
