What you´ll do

  • Champion a bold, transformation-first mindset to challenge the status quo and spark innovation as a driving force in the Digital Transformation department
  • Be the translator between business needs and advanced analytics capabilities, partner with business stakeholders to uncover high-impact challenges in our global production and supply chain and identify new analytics use cases
  • Build clear, ambitious roadmaps to scale advanced analytics prototypes (BI, AI, optimizations, simulations, …) into real-world solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Turn ideas into intelligent solutions by designing data architectures that combine the right technologies, tools, and data products
  • Stay hands-on and innovative from rapid prototyping to testing cutting-edge data products and technologies in real world challenges
  • Inspire and lead junior data scientists and engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to scale digital transformation and analytics initiatives across the organization

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computational Finance, or related fields
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, ideally within an industrial context. Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end analytics or AI/ML solutions, starting from raw data to implementing business logic, building data pipelines, data models, and deployment
  • Excellent coding skills  (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark, …), experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and collaborative development practices (e.g., Git, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, MLOps).
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
