IDC Liaisons Intern chez Intelcom

We are seeking an IDC Liaisons Intern to support our team in project management and process standardization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, contribute to impactful, cross-department initiatives, all while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, tracking, and executing IDC-related projects and initiatives

· Support the creation and documentation of standardized practices, templates, and workflows

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for process improvements

· Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools

· Conduct research and benchmarking to inform standardization efforts

· Contribute to internal reporting and presentation materials, gaining exposure to strategic planning and communication practices

· Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Currently pursing a bachelors degree in business administration, project management, industrial engineering, or a related field.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and project management tools, including Asana, Trello, MS Project, is an asset.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
