Job Summary
The Regional Manager – North & East will be responsible for managing sales operations across North and East India, including key territories such as Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and the North-East. This includes managing relationships with key end customers, OEMs, and channel partners. The role will report to the National Sales Manager and work closely with the leadership team to achieve targets related to sales turnover, profitability, new product growth, and regional expansion.
Responsibilities
- Explore new customers, applications, and markets across North & East India.
- Understand customer applications and generate inquiries for blowers and related products.
- Provide techno-commercial support to customers and partners.
- Manage and expand business through channel partners in assigned territories.
- Independently handle sales operations in North & East regions.
- Prepare weekly visit plans to serve existing customers and onboard new ones.
- Develop monthly sales projections aligned with annual targets.
- Retain existing customers and increase revenue from current accounts.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to maintain market leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial equipment or water/wastewater segment.
- Strong verbal and written communication & Analytical skills in English and Hindi.

- Proven experience in Sales & Business Development within industrial product sales & able to manage proficiently team.
- Deep understanding of the North & East Indian industrial market, customer behavior, and project dynamics.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent presentation and customer engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools like ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.
