Together, we design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australian's love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post, and you could be part of that.   What you’ll deliver with us  You’ll support the development and implementation of Enterprise Services strategic workforce planning initiatives that align with our business strategy and technology roadmap. You’ll be responsible for analysing workforce data, identifying trends, and forecasting future workforce needs to ensure Enterprise Services has the right talent, the right place, at the right time. You’ll also play a critical part in capability development and talent management where you’ll work closely with the Learning & Development team to identify key skills and competencies required for future success and lead initiatives to upskill and reskill the Enterprise Services workforce. You’ll also Lead Strategic Workforce Optimisation: Support the development and implementation of comprehensive workforce strategies. This includes analysing workforce data, forecasting future needs, and ensuring the organisation has the right talent in place to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation.Capability Development and Talent Management: Lead initiatives to identify key skills and competencies required for future success. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and execute upskilling and reskilling programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring the organisation remains competitive and agile.Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across various business units, including General Managers (of Techology functions) Heads of Technology teams. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to leverage best practices and innovative solutions in workforce optimisation.Resource Allocation and Optimisation: Lead the Enterprise Services Centre of Excellence for Resource Management and develop scalable workforce planning models that support the organisation's strategic goals. Ensure optimal utilisation of resources to maximise efficiency and drive business outcomes.Program and Project initiatives: Support the Head of Workforce Optimisation and wider team to deliver on key programs of work aligned to Enterprise Services key objectivesAbout you We’re looking for someone who is data driven and understands the science of effective workforce planning and optimisation to ensure we have the right people, delivering the right projects to delivery business outcomes. You’ll also be able to translate long terms business strategy and technology roadmaps into successful capability development and talent management strategies. You’ll also needDemonstrated senior experience in business operations, workforce strategy, resource management, or technology operationsExperienced in the provision of advice and support in the context of large, complex organisations undergoing significant change. Extensive experience working with and influencing senior leaders to drive effective outcomes. How we’ll deliver for you At Australia Post, we believe in investing in our people and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
