About the Role
We’re looking for strong intermediate and senior-level Technical Business Analysts with proven integration and data experience to join our team and own outcomes with a dedicated customer. You’ll utilise your technical BA skills and SDLC expertise, bringing deep experience in systems integration, APIs, and data flow analysis to help deliver high-impact solutions.
This role will involve conducting analytical business analysis, gathering requirements, and influencing decisions within the Software Engineering and digital space, with a particular focus on technical requirements, data mapping, and integration touchpoints.
You will likely be responsible for leading multiple platform and application development teams, coordinating and scheduling team meetings, measuring progress, and monitoring team performance along with your Delivery Manager. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments, analyze data-related needs, define integration approaches, and understand key inter-team dependencies.
Experience with end-to-end integration projects, APIs, and data-centric initiatives is required.
What you’ll do:
- Establish and drive requirements gathering activities with a focus on systems integration, API interfaces, and data flows
- Organise and facilitate requirements workshops, including technical walkthroughs and data mapping sessions
- Create user personas and user journeys, ensuring technical and data integration touchpoints are considered
- Create documentation including use cases, user stories, technical data flow diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, proposals, and strategy documents
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership teams to ensure technical and data integration requirements are prioritized and that delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained
- Influence change to increase team performance at a sustainable pace, particularly in the context of complex technical and integration challenges
- Build and promote an open, trusting, and respectful team environment; facilitate discussion, collaborative decision making, and conflict resolution, especially around technical and data-related issues
- Provide support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible, leading by example and serving as a technical liaison where required
- Organise and facilitate daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint and release planning, demos, and other related team meetings, with a focus on tracking integration and data deliverables

Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience and requirements on technically-lead projects. And of course, a key aspect being your ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business.
Your background:
- Experienced Technical Business Analyst with a track record of delivering enterprise projects, specifically involving systems integration and data-driven solutions
- Strong ability to influence stakeholder relationships, elicit technical requirements, and drive team performance in complex integration environments
- Hands-on experience with integration projects (APIs, middleware, data pipelines), deep understanding of data flows, and a development background and/or strong knowledge of the SDLC
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, especially relating to technical and data requirements (e.g., data mapping, interface specifications, technical process flows)
- Proven Agile and Scrum practitioner with experience working in cross-functional technical teams
- Scrum Master experience is preferred, especially in projects focused on integration and data enablement
