We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Administrative Officer Level 3 who has hospital experience and would be keen to work in the Outpatient Department at the Children's Hospital at Westmead. This role is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday with no weekend or public holidays. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn new administrative skills, in a supported environment while working in a variety of clinic specialties across our service including the Immunisation clinic. 

What you'll be doing

• To provide administrative services to the department.   
• To assist the team in their clinical roles e.g. booking appointments, bulk billing, managing the data base, records and reports   
• The Scope exists for exercising initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures.   
 

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrates excellent administration experience within a hospital environment
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills
