THE JOB: 

As a Security Officer, you'll be more than just a guardian – you'll be a friendly face ensuring our guests and team members feel safe, welcome, and well taken care of.  From keeping a watchful eye on the property to delivering top-notch guest service, you’ll help create a secure and unforgettable experience.  Ready to patrol paradise with purpose?  Let’s make every moment safe and spectacular – together!

THE STARTING RATE:  $18.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
• Act as a First Responder in emergency situations
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees
• Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
• Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skills
