About the Role 

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking a Manager of Talent Sourcing to design and lead outreach strategies that grow and diversify our educator pipeline. You’ll expand RMP’s presence on college campuses, within professional networks, and across digital platforms, ensuring every scholar has access to exceptional, equity-centered educators. As the face of RMP to hundreds of prospective teachers and staff, you’ll tell the story of our schools in ways that inspire mission-aligned talent to join our team. Through data-informed sourcing tactics, recruitment campaigns, and strong partnerships, you’ll be critical in advancing educational equity and ensuring all our students learn from outstanding educators who reflect and uplift their identities.

This is a relationship-driven, outward-facing role with the potential for travel up to 40% of the time, to attend recruitment events, visit partner campuses, and build connections across the Denver metro area and beyond. Since this is a new position, the exact amount of travel may evolve, so adaptability, relational agility, and a spirit of adventure are essential.

What you’ll achieve

Grow and Diversify the Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain new strategic partnerships annually, including HBCUs, HSIs, community organizations, and professional networks, to expand access to mission-aligned educators.

Drive Consistent Candidate Flow Through Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute outreach campaigns or events per quarter, ensuring timely follow-up and precise ROI tracking to measure reach, conversion, and candidate quality.

Strengthen RMP’s Employer Brand Visibility: Increase engagement across social media platforms, career fairs, and referral/ambassador programs to elevate RMP’s brand presence and connect with diverse talent pools.

Deliver a High-Quality Candidate Experience: Ensure that 90%+ of outreach-sourced candidates report positive engagement, reflecting RMP’s commitment to respectful, inclusive, and relationship-centered recruitment.

Advance RMP’s DEI Hiring Goals: Lead outreach strategies that proactively engage underrepresented educator groups, directly supporting more equitable representation across our schools.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Outreach

  • Own and lead multi-channel outreach (career fairs, HBCU/HSI partnerships, digital platforms like Handshake/LinkedIn).
  • Build prospect lists and lead outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Own all logistics for RMP’s referral program and coordinate attendance at job fairs and networking events
  • Cultivate external partnerships and maintain high-touch relationships with high-potential prospects

Recruitment Marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing to design and launch social media campaigns and recruitment content that authentically reflect RMP’s DEI values, and cultivate belonging for all applicants
  • Write and update job descriptions that reflect role clarity, inclusivity, and RMP’s brand voice
  • Collaborate with marketing and school teams to elevate RMP’s visibility in local and national markets

Candidate Engagement & Communication

  • Respond to all applicant inquiries and outreach within 24–48 hours
  • Track all touchpoints in JazzHR to ensure timely follow-up and pipeline transparency
  • Personalize candidate communications and model excellent customer service

Culture Building & Internal Partnership

  • Act as a culture carrier and thought partner to the Talent and School Support teams
  • Foster relational connections across RMP schools, teams, and community members
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure proactive recruitment aligned to hiring timelines

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ Years of Experience in outreach, recruitment, or partnerships, with a proven track record of building strong candidate pipelines
  • Experience Leading Campus Recruitment, Community Partnerships, or Large-Scale Outreach Campaigns
  • Strong Public Speaking, Networking, and Relationship-Building Skills – with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
  • Demonstrated Commitment to Equitable and Inclusive Hiring Practices – including strategies to reduce bias and expand access throughout the recruitment process

Preferred

  • Experience in K–12 Education or Nonprofit Recruitment – especially in roles centered on equity, access, and relationship-building
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – such as JazzHR or similar platforms
    Strong Communication and Project Management Skills – including the ability to manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and engage diverse audiences
  • Experience Building Partnerships with Colleges and Universities – including managing outreach and recruitment events to attract diverse, mission-aligned candidates

Salary 

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000.

On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as twelve weeks through twelfth grade.
