National Express LLC is currently seeking a Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator The HRIS Technician is responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee paperwork; primarily entering new hires and changes into Oracle and responding to data requests from our field / branch offices.
 
Position Responsibilities Include:
  • Entering all new hires and employee changes into the HR system for assigned companies
  • Supporting field / branch personnel with basic questions about HR system functionality and capabilities
  • Generating HR reports as requested
  • Interacting with companies providing outsourcing of unemployment and employment verifications
  • Providing required information for subpoenas or employee requests
  • Partnering with field personnel to obtain accurate information data audits
  • Performing filing of employee paperwork or scan documents for electronic filing

Position Requirements Include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of college level HR or IT courses preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources performing data entry into Oracle or other HRIS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a high volume of data entry daily
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of PC spreadsheet and word processing software
