POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Intermediate MS Full-Stack Developer II with a strong front-end specialization to join our agile development team. Core team contributions include developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems; troubleshooting system issues; and looking for innovative ways to improve and evolve our process for building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
We are looking for someone who loves this technology and wants to help the rest of the team widen their skills too. While front-end expertise is where you will really shine (proficiency in React/Next.js, ASP.NET Core, and modern CSS frameworks), you will feel comfortable owning some portion of supporting all layers of the tech stack while contributing new ideas and improvements to the engineering work and team processes.
Additionally, while AI tools are unproven, we are ideally looking for help in trying and adopting some of these newer technologies, so hands-on experience with them will be a key differentiator.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Contribute to and continuously improve as a member of the cross-functional Scrum team to deliver value to the technology product increment(s) and to our membership; key to this is being an exemplar for Audigy cultural values
Consistently prioritize and contribute to completion of Iteration (sprint) goals
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end components and code using React (Next.js) and modern CSS solutions
Build and integrate secure, efficient business logic/APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Ensure adherence to security and accessibility best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Innovate in providing future-fitting, secure, and visually impactful solutions that wow our members and stakeholders
Test, debug, and ensure security best practices are adhered to in the development process
Work with vendors and partners in a technical capacity to facilitate staff augmentation or partnered services
Provide support and mentoring of less experienced developers and the rest of the engineering team
COMPETENCIES:
Proven experience and innovation with front-end tools and skills: React (Next.js), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or similar frameworks
Back end: ASP.NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs
Database: familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or similar RDBMS
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket)
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development (ideally with new product or application launches)
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Exposure to authentication frameworks (e.g., Auth0, OAuth)
Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI)
Understanding of OLAP/OLTP systems and service-oriented architecture
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid work environment (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office for all staff, with occasional additional days as necessary for meetings and events)
Full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK DEMANDS:
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, hybrid schedule, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
