The Head Boys Lacrosse Coach serves as the leader and primary architect of the boys lacrosse program, guiding student-athletes to excel both on and off the field through a commitment to discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. This role is responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and culture of the program, creating a competitive yet inclusive environment where players are challenged to reach their full potential. The Head Coach plans and oversees all aspects of practices, game preparation, and player development, emphasizing skill mastery, game IQ, and sportsmanship. In addition to coaching responsibilities, the Head Coach manages team logistics, communicates effectively with players, families, and school staff, and fosters a culture of accountability, respect, and resilience.
