For our Location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Tender Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensures in-depth understanding of CEVA’s businesses and its strategic direction.
- Ensures that all Global Tender Management related processes are followed.
- Manages global, regional and local opportunities with the usage of CEVA’s Pricing Tool.
- Works collaboratively with the business teams on the strategic response for the respective RFQ.
- Works closely with business leaders in establishing pricing priorities.
- Regularly creates and presents reports to the business teams of the Tender results, post mortem and price analytics and other required information.
- Ensures that business decisions are made according to existing business controls and that all regulatory requirements are met and followed.
- Supports optimization of bid processes and price guidelines.
- Responsible for the RFQ quality check and conducts the review with the respective Business Partners.
- Ensures that set margins are followed and that pricing activities requiring Product and Senior
- Management approval (regional and/or global) are properly coordinated with the organization.
- Keeps abreast of emerging market changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, participation in professional
- organizations. Creates awareness of those within the CEVA group by proper communication with relevant parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- University degree (Logistics and Business Administration, or related) Or: minimum 5 years inforwarding industry and at least 2 years of pricing experience
- Fluent in English and German, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial
- Strong People Management and communication skills
- Mature judgment and decision-making
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
- Excellent transport, forwarding and logistics skills (air, ocean, ground)
- Presentation and cross-functional communication skills
- Analytical and business process driven
- Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
- Ability to integrate pricing tactics and drive process improvements
- Relationship management
- Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
