We are currently looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Back of House Staff: Line Cook with Grill & Pantry/ Sauté/Fry and Brunch Experience
The Back of House Team Members interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, will learn & understand our menu recipes, and build and work cleanly and efficiently. He or she will help with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work, and learn all stations. The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong guest service skills.
Availability: Weekends are a must!
Rate of pay: $16
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask and have experience
Job Overview:
As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a fast-paced, busy team environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Follows proper Dress Code and Servsafe/Health Department guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ensure the dishwasher is working properly and that cleaning and sanitizing solutions are dispensing correctly.
- Promptly report any technical/performance issues.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand when necessary. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Sort and organize all cleaned items in designated areas.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Remove garbage regularly and maintain restrooms when requested by management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen/dish area by sanitizing the kitchen area, including the floor and tabletop
- surfaces, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc..
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by Opening and/or Closing the kitchen properly and following the checklist for kitchen stations.
- Assists others in opening and/or closing the kitchen as needed.
- Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, prep, walk-ins, restrooms, dish areas, and outside areas through the daily/weekly/monthly cleaning lists.
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or manager-on-duty.
