Your Responsibilities

The Retail / Ecomm Channel Marketing Manager leads and directs our marketing efforts to an established network of automotive parts retailers (Big 4 auto parts retailers, Big Box retailers, eComm players such as Amazon, and e-tailers) and their customers that consist of automotive DIYers and commercial audiences. This function will design national and regional marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions to support the development of our brands in these channels.
 
− Develop Channel Marketing Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the needs of M+H brands that support our retail and eComm placement and customers. 
− Campaign and Program Development & Responsibility: Performance Marketing: Paid Search, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Native Marketing, etc..; Display, Video, Connected TV, Programmatic, Retail Media Networks, Amazon Advertising, and similar, In-Store Display and Merchandising, among other retail and eComm marketing approaches.
− Customer Digital Properties and Websites:This role will support M+H’s efforts to ensure our brands and products are well-represented, display compelling value propositions, and are highly ranked versus competitors on retailer’s digital properties and websites. 
− Lead the Retail / Ecomm Channel work group:Provide a consolidated approach across analytics, market opportunity, and marketing tactics to meet the needs and support our customers and brands in these channels. 
− Agency management:The role will be responsible for managing the relationship with M+H’s marketing agencies on all issues related to retail and eComm marketing, including briefs, campaign development, execution, optimization, and reporting. 
− Monitoring and Analyzing Performance: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives within retail and eComm channels to marketing metrics as designated per campaign. Prepare reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
− Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for retail and ecomm channels activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.

Education Requirements

− Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

− At least 2+ years of experience in CPG retail and/or eComm marketing.
− Experience with Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and retailers Media Networks and/or Marketing Platforms.
− Significant experience with Performance Marketing, Programmatic, Retail Media Networks and in-store merchandising.

Skills

− Proficiency in business analysis
− Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice as they pertain to the retail and eComm channels.
− Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
− Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner to all stakeholders.
− Experience developing and tracking KPIs 
− Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and marketing practices.
− 20% Travel Domestically
