Your day-to-day activities
As a Senior Partner Success Manager reporting to the Director of Partners Success, you'll be at the forefront of managing and growing eyeo's strategic partners partnerships. This role combines relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive mutual success for our partners and eyeo's Acceptable Ads ecosystem. Strong negotiation skills are essential as you'll be renegotiating and renewing existing agreements to ensure continued value for both parties while identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Partner relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all things related to Acceptable Ads
- Revenue optimization: Analyze partner performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue for both partners and eyeo
- Strategic account planning: Develop and execute regular business reviews, success plans, and growth strategies for your portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with both partner goals and eyeo's objectives
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Operations to advocate for partner needs, coordinate technical implementations and drive product improvements based on partner feedback
- Problem solving & support: Proactively identify and resolve partner issues, coordinate technical troubleshooting, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of partner integrations
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or business development roles, preferably in AdTech, publishing, or SaaS environments
- Broad understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem as a generalist who can navigate various aspects of online advertising - from programmatic basics to publisher monetization strategies. You don't need to be a specialist in any one area, but should have a solid general knowledge of how the online advertising world works, with ideally some familiarity with ad blocking technology
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships, with demonstrable success in revenue growth and partner retention metrics
- Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, able to maintain engaging and valuable conversations with partners during regular check-ins, even when there's no pressing agenda. You should be comfortable leading meetings that strengthen relationships, uncover hidden opportunities, and keep partnerships warm through genuine dialogue and proactive engagement
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making, with a particular talent for identifying trends early - before they become obvious. You should be able to spot subtle shifts in partner performance or market dynamics and translate these early signals into actionable insights for partners and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and autonomous work style, comfortable with remote work and able to manage multiple partner accounts across different time zones
It’s awesome if you have
- Experience with ad block recovery solutions or working with publishers on user experience optimization strategies
- Familiarity with web technologies and ability to understand technical documentation
- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Track record of contributing to product development through partner feedback and market insights
- A good sense of humor and ability to keep things light - we take our work seriously but not ourselves, and value colleagues who can bring levity to meetings and help maintain a positive team atmosphere
