Job Mission: Ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures with the understanding that production is critical to organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines
- Maintain clean equipment and a safe work environment
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations; willing to wear all safety gear
- Measure, examine, and test completed parts/units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications
- Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations to fabricate products, determine product dimensions and tolerances
- Ability to meet goals, quotas, deadlines
- Manage time, efficiency and performance
Key Competencies:
- Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain
- Attention to Detail: high accuracy and attention to detail

Required Experience:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assisting tools such as a hoist
- Maintains a safe work environment

- Ability to use precision tools such as calipers to take accurate measurements
