Inside Sales Representative

Metalcraft is expanding and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our business by connecting with prospects, nurturing leads, and delivering outstanding service. What You’ll Do
- Engage and Qualify Leads: Evaluate inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to identify growth opportunities.
- Self-Starter – You are able to generate contacts and leads enhancement with minimal supervision and direction.
- Generate New Business: Conduct outbound calls to uncover new prospects and expand our customer base.
- Support Key Accounts: Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on long-term relationships.
- Sales Operations: Prepare quotes, enter orders, and ensure accurate data entry in our ERP system.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to customers across multiple channels.
- Product Expertise: Become a go-to resource for our UID and RFID solutions.
- Ecommerce Support: Assist with online sales platforms and digital customer experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Step in to support territories when needed and contribute to special projects.
- Process Improvement: Help document and refine standard operating procedures.
- CRM Management: Keep Salesforce updated with accurate customer and sales data.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you like to be proactively going after the opportunities to grow!
- Understands technical specs and customer requirements.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Computer skills are required as this is in front of a computer for your day; experience with Salesforce or other CRM programs is beneficial to being considered for the role.
- Participation in sales training or seminars is a plus.
Experience
- Preferred 2–4 years in sales, customer service, or a public-facing role.
