- Develop and manage locally focused content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Serve as the primary liaison between Reimer branches and their surrounding communities
- Organize and attend local events, outreach programs, and sponsorships
- Lead branded giveaway initiatives to boost engagement and visibility
- Represent Reimer Home Services professionally and positively at all times
- Track budgets and inventory for community events and promotional materials
- Collect feedback and report on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Inform branch staff about community engagement and social media best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align local efforts with broader brand goals
- Willingness to work weekends and travel regularly across Buffalo, Rochester, and Albany. Role is based out of Buffalo, NY.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in community outreach, event planning, or social media preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office and field-based)
- $50,000 - $60,000
