POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assures job coaching/development services are approved through authorization tracking and management.
- Assists the Clermont WIN Director with all Community Employment WIN intakes. Tracking and coordinating Intake Acknowledgement and other documents between Employment Specialist teams.
- Opens program referrals in the Electronic Health Record and does case openings as assigned including meeting with clients.
- Facilitates, coordinates, and tracks all authorized services within the Clermont WIN Employment team. Requests new authorizations monthly. Communicate authorized services to appropriate team members.
- Reviews monthly reports from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities for accuracy of authorization number, units of service, report writing, purchases etc.
- Prepares and completes billing to the program funders.
- Maintains recordkeeping of employment program documentation to meet CARF, OHMAS, and CCMHB, and OOD standards.
- Builds rapport with referral agents and generate referrals into all Vocational and Employment Services programs.
- Coordinates acquisition of vocational plans and various agency-required documentation with appropriate team members.
- Prepares service tickets according to established standards for vocational providers.
- Attends meetings virtually or in person and documents the meetings.
- Completes required reports from the WIN Director and assists with Special Projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred fields HR, Marketing, Business, Voc Rehab, Social Work, MH, Psychology) or four years of experience in vocational rehabilitation/ employment services or related experiences.
- Work Incentives Practitioner (WIP) credential is preferred.
- Able to work with the Severe Mental Disorder population and individuals with other disabilities;
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel
- Written communications skills with the ability to work well with all levels of colleagues.
