We are seeking a Parts Salesperson with a strong technical background and proven experience in technical sales. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, managing parts sales, and building out this new department. You’ll engage in cold calls, consultative sales, and technical support for customers looking for components in finishing systems and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical parts sales within our finishing systems division
Consult with customers to identify the right parts and solutions
Perform cold calls to existing and potential customers
Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and technical advice
Assist in defining department structure and workflow
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Technical sales experience is a must, ideally in:
Paint or powder booth sales (home run)
Finishing systems or industrial equipment
HVAC systems (sales and installation)
Other technical/industrial products
Strong communication skills with a professional, consultative sales approach
Comfortable with cold calling and building client relationships
Technical degree preferred (e.g., Engineering, AA in Design, or other technical fields)
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
