We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Reporting & Dashboard Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-impact reports and dashboards within Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, and business processes, with a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet business requirements and are scalable across multiple sales team
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting tools
Maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance and relevance
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide ad hoc reporting and data support for strategic initiatives
System Maintenance & Governance
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure data integrity and system alignment
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution
Support data governance and compliance efforts
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs
Train end-users on dashboard functionality and best practices
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Proficiency in Salesforce Report Builder, Lightning dashboards, and data modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) preferred
