We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sub-Prime Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers who face credit challenges, helping them find financing solutions and the right vehicle to fit their needs. If you’re passionate about helping people, building trust, and creating opportunities, this could be the perfect fit.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in automotive sales, finance, or related customer service role
  • Sub-prime or special finance experience required
  • Basic computer proficiency, including mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of finance concepts, credit, and lending options
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A compassionate, customer-first approach with a drive to succeed
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with lenders and internal staff
  • A valid driver’s license
