Description
The Fuf Packer shall work closely with the Fuf lead, and other Team Members in order to
achieve defined departmental goals of productivity, efficiency, quality, delivery, 6s, and safety. Team
members in this position will be expected to develop and display knowledge, skills, and willingness to
learn and perform variety of manufacturing tasks, flex to work needs, produce sustained quality and
timely results, maintain ongoing positive and collaborative behaviors, and reliably work all scheduled
hours.
POSITION DETAILS
- Shift Times: 3:30PM - 2:00AM, M-TH
- Shift Premium: $2.00 premium for hours worked on 2nd shift
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (before shift premium)
- Training for role will be 1 week on 1st shift - 6:00AM - 2:30PM, M-F
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrates the Core Values of Comfort Research in daily actions, execution of tasks and interactions with others.
- Prepare and pack Fuf products, ensuring they are securely packaged and meet quality standards.
- Label boxes accurately according to specifications, ensuring clear identification for shipping and inventory.
- Learn to perform a variety of general tasks in production processes using common hand tools, ensuring quality product is produced.
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain efficiency in production processes to meet daily output goals.
- Assist in achieving production and on-time delivery objectives by efficiently managing tasks and workload.
- Verify final box quality and labeling to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
- Communicate any quality issues to the Team Leader or Operations Manager promptly.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work area.
- Support the Production team in shared goals and initiatives.

Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-12 months of general manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to read and understand job aids and other instructional material printed in English preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift/move product weighing between 25 and 50 pounds.
