We are looking for a Projects Officer to join our busy Operational Excellence team. This is not just a coordination role – you’ll be hands-on in building, implementing and improving solutions that support our teams and patients. From researching and procuring software, mapping workflows to configuring and rolling out digital tools, you’ll play a key role in delivering change.

Details

Location: Based at our Head Office in London Bridge (SE1 2EL). 

Hours: Full time role (37.5 hours per week). 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 WTE depending on experience


Key Responsibilities


What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver a variety of operational projects from start to finish.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers/software to support procurement.
  • Build, test and configure digital tools (no coding required – strong logic and problem-solving skills essential).
  • Map processes and translate them into clear workflows and decision logic.
  • Create documentation, reports and SOPs.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders – clinical teams, operational staff and external partners – to ensure solutions are successfully implemented.

  • Advanced Excel skills – confident using formulas, logic functions and complex spreadsheets.
  • Tech-savvy and curious – quick to learn and configure new software platforms.
  • Hands-on, practical – you enjoy making solutions work in reality, not just on paper.
  • Strong communicator – able to explain and present ideas clearly across different teams.

Essential
  • Proven experience delivering operational or digital projects.
  • Advanced Excel and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to map workflows and translate processes into usable tools.
  • Familiarity with project management or process design tools.
