Requirements

 Duties / Responsibilities 

• Build trusted, upbeat relationships with staff through regular one-on-one connections that fuel morale and growth. 

• Spot early signs of burnout or disengagement and respond proactively with coaching and positive strategies. 

• Drive a seamless onboarding process that excites new hires and equips them with tools for success. 

• Champion compliance training—making it clear, engaging, and consistently completed on time. 

• Keep Paylocity workflows accurate, current, and a reliable source of truth for staff and leaders alike. 

• Partner with managers and executives to anticipate workforce needs and align staffing with bold growth goals. 

• Handle corrective actions with fairness and clarity, ensuring integrity and compassion in every decision. 

• Guide benefits, open enrollment, and 401(k) questions with confidence and clarity—empowering staff with answers. 

• Ensure payroll and timekeeping are consistently accurate, building trust in every paycheck. 

• Coordinate promotions and salary adjustments with precision, celebrating staff achievement through fair rewards. 

• Lead Annual Review Meetings with enthusiasm and follow-through, ensuring performance conversations matter. 

• Communicate safety and compliance updates quickly and confidently to protect staff and clients. 

• Stay ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws—keeping Believe Therapies always a step above compliance. 

• Publish a lively HR Monthly Newsletter that inspires staff and connects the entire team. 

• Celebrate referrals and administer profit-sharing programs that energize staff participation. 

• Gather insights from exit interviews to continually refine and strengthen our culture. 

• Contribute powerfully to Executive Meetings, shaping strategy with clear HR insights. 

• Maintain an HR budget that supports growth while demonstrating resourcefulness and fiscal responsibility. 

• Perform other impactful duties as needed.

Schedule 

This is a full-time, exempt role aligned with your employment agreement. Reliability and presence are essential; absences and time off must be coordinated in advance so that momentum never falters.
