Requirements
- Previous experience in a contact centre is mandatory 🏢
- Excellent written communication skills ✍️
- Comfortable handling chats and tickets 💬📩
- Preferred experience in a service program for any advertising technology company 📊
- Product support experience is advantageous 🛠️
- Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising 📱
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment 🔄
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues 🕵️♀️
