Requirements

  • Previous experience in a contact centre is mandatory 🏢
  • Excellent written communication skills ✍️
  • Comfortable handling chats and tickets 💬📩
  • Preferred experience in a service program for any advertising technology company 📊
  • Product support experience is advantageous 🛠️
  • Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising 📱
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment 🔄
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues 🕵️‍♀️
