What you'll do:
- Collaborating between various departments including business lines, product, CS, and development to drive outcomes
- Come prepared to partner meetings with agendas and get partners to execute on their deliverables
- Help with new partner evaluations - particularly ones that are Tier 2 and below
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Help manage monthly budget(s) and accruals process
- Provide support to team to chase down mid to high severity production issues with key technology partners
- Contribute to roadmap prioritization with key stakeholders and technology partners
- Identify areas to save costs and drive efficiencies across the bank
- Explore revenue driving opportunities via various channels such as new billable products, partner market place, etc.
- Play supporting role in meetings with tier 1 partners and lead sessions with non-tier 1 vendors
- Help negotiate contracts with new technology partners
- Support project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and project goals – be the bridge between the bank and technology partners
- Help assess business and industry trends via market research
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a partnerships, product, or Go-to-market role, preferably within the banking or fintech sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving measurable results
